Service Description
This outdoor practice workshop for all levels teaches how to take stunning night photos right from stunning locations in Arctic Norway. During this five-hour workshop, you will be with award-winning photographer Adrien in the Tromsø area and shoot at spectacular locations determined in advance (weather & road conditions). Adrien will help you set up your camera, find the best angles, give you tips and tricks right then and there, but also a very basic insight on the subject you are shooting, whether it is foreground or night sky phenomenon. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS at: https://www.nightlightsfilms.com/astrophotography-field-workshops NB: your own rental car is needed as we are waiting to get approved for transportation around the island. You simply follow our guide in your own car and stop at locations. NL cannot be held accountable or liable during your own transport during the duration of the workshop. NB1: Please bring your own gear. We may have an extra tripod and an extra lens for rent but for safety's sake please remember camera, batteries, tripod, lens, SD card, remote (not indispensable). NB 2: Please bring adequate gear, enough clothing, food, water. Some of the terrain might be inhospitable so please think about taking crampons/spikes, warm drinks, blankets etc... If you are in doubt about what to bring, please contact us in advance.

Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: By purchasing/booking this service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. (*1) The workshop service starts when the attendees and Adrien meet at the location convened upon prior to the commencement. It means that neither Adrien or NIGHT LIGHTS FILMS are responsible / liable for any incident / accident involving the attendees and their belongings up to the beginning of the workshop, or after it ends. It also excludes Adrien or Night Light Films from any liability arising concerning the customers transport and taxi law in force in Norway. Attendees MUST travel to the location in their own means of transportation, for which they are solely responsible. The attendees will be given the exact meeting location and time and must ensure to travel there safely, in good time, and to respect the Norwegian driving regulations on the road. (*2) During the workshop: Adrien and NIGHT LIGHTS FILMS decline any responsibility or liability concerning the attendees' photographic gear or belongings. Safety rules will be established at the beginning of the workshop and the attendees must follow them. The shooting conditions will also be explained prior to shooting, and perhaps the conditions of the path taken to the final location. It's the attendees' own responsibility to prepare adequately (clothing, food, fluids, gear...) for this. Please ask Adrien before coming to the workshop and have him explain what conditions will be met (weather, terrain...). Should an emergency occur during the workshop, Adrien will contact the local authorities and let them take over, while following up on the situation. Any cost arisen by any health and emergency situations shall be borne exclusively by the attendees. (*4) Cancellation possible up to 72 hours before the workshop. There is non-refundable 500 NOK deposit PER PERSON upon booking. The deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation. The rest will be payed in person via a portable card terminal brought when customers meet up on location (all major cards + electronic paying apps accepted). (*5) The refund will be issued upon paying the rest of the amount in person, on location. (*6) Minimum number of people for a tour: 2 minimum (no tour for only 1 person)
